Books you can make decisions from

Accounts written up once a year exist to satisfy an auditor. Accounts closed every month tell you what your margin actually is, which customers pay late, and how many months of runway are left.

Monthly reconciliation also makes every downstream filing cheaper. GST returns, TDS and the annual return all pull from the same ledger, so errors caught in month two never reach the audit.

Best suited to

  • Startups reporting monthly numbers to investors
  • Businesses whose accounts are still in a spreadsheet
  • Teams that discover errors only at audit time
  • Founders who want to know their runway

Documents you need

  • Bank statements for every account
  • Sales invoices and purchase bills
  • Expense receipts and payroll details
  • Loan and investment documents
  • Access to your accounting software

Scanned copies are enough to begin. We check every document against the department's current format before filing, because a rejected form costs more time than a resubmitted scan.

How the filing runs

Get free consultation
  1. Setup and chart of accounts

We set a chart of accounts that matches how you actually spend, so reports mean something later.

  2. Monthly recording

Invoices, bills and expenses are recorded as they happen instead of piling up for a year end scramble.

  3. Reconciliation

Every bank and payment gateway account is reconciled monthly, which is where most errors surface.

  4. Reporting

You get a profit and loss, a balance sheet and a cash position by the tenth of the following month.

Bookkeeping questions

Which accounting software do you work in?

We work in Tally, Zoho Books and QuickBooks. If you already use one of them we take over your existing file rather than starting again.

Do you handle payroll as well?

Yes. Salary processing, TDS on salary and provident fund workings are included for teams under twenty five people, and priced separately above that.

Can you clean up two years of pending books?

Yes. Catch up work is quoted separately after we look at the volume, and it usually runs alongside the pending GST and income tax filings for the same period.

Who owns the books?

You do. The file and the login stay in your name, and the full handover pack goes to you at year end whether or not you continue with us.
