Questions about due dates

Which of these dates apply to a company with no revenue?

All of the company law dates. AOC-4, MGT-7, ADT-1 and DIR-3 KYC do not depend on turnover, and a company that never issued an invoice files them exactly like one that did.

Do the dates move if our AGM is late?

The ROC dates are counted from the AGM, so a late AGM shifts them, but the AGM itself has a statutory deadline. Moving the meeting to buy time usually creates a second default rather than solving the first.

How do you remind us?

Every filing we handle is loaded into your calendar at handover with a reminder ahead of the due date, and we ask for the documents we need before the window opens rather than on the last day.

Can you file for periods we have already missed?

Yes. We calculate the additional fees and interest first so you know the total, then file the pending periods in the order the portals will accept them.

Put these dates on our calendar instead

Send your entity type and the filings you already have running. We map the year, tell you what is pending, and take the dates off your desk.

Not registered yet? Put the name you have in mind.

No charge for the call. Government fees are always quoted at actuals.
