A chartered accountant is assigned to your file and stays on it. Filings go out under our professional login, not yours, and the same person answers your questions rather than a rotating support queue.

It is a call of about fifteen minutes, at no charge. You describe the business, we tell you which registrations apply, what each costs including government fees, and how long each one takes. There is no obligation at the end of it.

You get a checklist built for your structure and a link to upload scans. Photographs of documents are fine as long as the text is readable and the whole page is in frame. Originals are only needed if a department asks to verify them.

Every acknowledgement, SRN and departmental reply is added to your file as it arrives, and you get an update whenever the status changes rather than only when the work is finished.

Documents are used for the filings you asked for and are kept because the departments can ask for them again. They are not sold, and they are not shared outside the people working on your file and the department the filing goes to.

Yes. We take a handover of what has been filed so far, work out what is pending and what it will cost to clear, and pick up from there. You do not need to close the previous engagement before talking to us.

Yes, and it is usually the cheaper order. GST registration needs the incorporation certificate and PAN, so the two run back to back rather than in parallel, and doing them together avoids repeating the same document checks.

Yes. Everything is filed online, and the city pages exist because local rules differ, not because our coverage stops there. We file for businesses in every Indian state.

Say so on the call. If the answer is that you do not need to register anything yet, that is what you will be told. We would rather lose a small filing than sell you a registration you have no use for.

Professional fees are refundable in full until we begin drafting, and pro rata after that based on the work already done. Government fees already paid to a department cannot be refunded by us, because the department holds them.
