Company, LLP and director returns prepared together, with advance tax worked out before the instalment falls due.

One return, several moving parts
A business return is built from the audited accounts, Form 26AS, the annual information statement and the tax positions you took during the year. When those four disagree, the department notices before you do.
Getting advance tax right matters as much as the return itself. Interest accrues quietly through the year on shortfalls, and it is the most common avoidable cost we find when we take over a set of books.
Best suited to
- Companies and LLPs filing their first return
- Founders with salary, dividend and capital gains in the same year
- Businesses close to the tax audit threshold
- Anyone holding a notice they do not understand
Documents you need
- Financial statements for the year
- Bank statements for every account
- TDS certificates and Form 26AS
- Annual information statement
- Details of investments and loans claimed as deductions
Scanned copies are enough to begin. We check every document against the department's current format before filing, because a rejected form costs more time than a resubmitted scan.
How the filing runs
Get free consultationData collection
We pull Form 26AS and the annual information statement first, so nothing already reported to the department gets missed.
Computation and review
Income, disallowances and carried forward losses are computed, and you see the tax position before filing.
Audit coordination
Where a tax audit applies, the audit report is filed ahead of the return rather than in the same week.
Filing and verification
The return is filed and e-verified, and the acknowledgement is stored with the computation sheet.

Income tax filing questions
When is the income tax return due?
Companies and taxpayers subject to audit file by 31 October. Taxpayers with no audit requirement file by 31 July. Both dates shift occasionally, and we track the extensions.
When does a tax audit apply to my business?
Audit applicability turns on turnover and on how much of your receipts and payments are in cash. We check both against your books before the year ends, so an audit never arrives as a surprise in October.
Do I need to pay advance tax?
If your tax liability for the year exceeds 10,000 rupees, advance tax is payable in instalments during the year. Skipping it attracts interest even when the final return is filed on time.
Can you handle a notice from a previous year?
Yes. We read the notice, pull the return and the underlying records for that year, and draft the reply. Most routine notices are mismatches that close once the numbers are explained.
