Why returns go wrong
Most GST problems are not tax problems. They are reconciliation problems: an invoice a supplier never uploaded, a credit note recorded in the wrong month, a marketplace settlement that does not tie to the sales register.
Filing from reconciled books rather than from a summary sheet is what keeps input credit intact and stops notices arriving two years later, when the supplier who caused the mismatch is no longer answering calls.
Best suited to
- Businesses that keep missing the 11th and the 20th
- Sellers reconciling marketplace settlements against their books
- Companies losing input credit to supplier mismatches
- Anyone who has received a late fee notice
Documents you need
- Sales invoices for the period
- Purchase invoices and expense bills
- Credit and debit notes issued
- Bank statements for the period
- GST portal credentials
Scanned copies are enough to begin. We check every document against the department's current format before filing, because a rejected form costs more time than a resubmitted scan.
How the filing runs
Get free consultationBooks to returns
Sales and purchases are pulled from your books and mapped to the right tables, not retyped from a spreadsheet.
Input credit reconciliation
Purchases are matched against GSTR-2B, and we tell you which suppliers have not filed so you can chase them.
Review before filing
You see the tax payable and the credit claimed before anything is submitted, with time to raise questions.
Filing and acknowledgement
GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B are filed and the acknowledgements land in your folder the same day.

GST returns questions
What are the monthly GST due dates?
GSTR-1 is due on the 11th of the following month and GSTR-3B on the 20th, for taxpayers filing monthly. Quarterly filers under QRMP follow a different calendar, and we set yours up when we take over.
What is the late fee for a delayed return?
Late fees run per day of delay for each return, and interest applies on the tax paid late. Both keep accruing until the return is filed, which is why a missed month gets expensive rather than staying flat.
What is QRMP and should I opt in?
Quarterly return, monthly payment lets smaller taxpayers file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B quarterly while paying tax monthly. It reduces filing work, and we check whether your turnover and buyer profile make it worth it.
Can you take over returns that are already late?
Yes. We work out the pending periods, calculate the late fee and interest, and file them in order so the portal accepts each one.
