Compliance is a calendar, not a crisis
Registration is a one week project. Compliance is the rest of the company's life: monthly GST returns, quarterly TDS, an annual audit, ROC forms tied to your AGM date, and director KYC every September. None of it is difficult, and all of it is expensive to miss.
AOC-4 and MGT-7 carry an additional fee of one hundred rupees a day per form, with no upper limit. A single form left for a year costs more than several years of professional fees, which is the whole argument for putting this on a calendar someone else watches.

Compliance questions
What happens if we miss an ROC filing?
The additional fee runs at one hundred rupees per day per form until it is filed, and it does not cap. Directors of a company that stays in default can also face disqualification, which blocks them from other boards.
Does a company with no revenue still have to file?
Yes. A company that never issued an invoice files the same annual forms, appoints an auditor and files an income tax return. Dormant is a legal status you apply for, not something that happens because the business went quiet.
Can you take over filings that are already overdue?
Yes. We work out which periods are pending, calculate the additional fees and interest so you know the number before we start, then file them in the order the portals accept.
Do you work with our existing auditor?
Yes. Statutory audit and filing are separate jobs and often sit with different firms. We prepare from the signed financials your auditor issues, and we coordinate the dates so nothing is filed before the accounts close.
Not sure which one you need
Describe the business in a line. A chartered accountant tells you which of these applies, what it costs and how long it takes.
